Shelia Ryan, Vice President of Agency Management

Shelia has been with AVI Services since 1999 as the Vice President of Agency Management. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with brokers and insurance carriers on employee benefits. She handles all claim and billing issues by investigating where the problem arose and providing the client and employees with an effective solution. Her particular experience in the renewal process is a great asset to the agency. She knows what information is needed by the insurance carriers; ensuring a smooth proposal. Shelia has a great understanding and perspective of what is needed from the employer's standpoint; service, reliability and getting a job done in a timely and efficient manner. Shelia also enjoys the hands-on interaction with employees and the satisfaction of getting the problem solved.

She is a Licensed Insurance Agent with emphasis in handling claim issues, authorizations, billing problems and employee changes. In turn she works with the client and carrier on benefit plans and also works with each individual client on their individual needs to provide them with the excellent service they deserve. She is able to communicate with her clients and employees in a clear and concise manner.
