Nikki McKinnie, Senior Account Manager

Nikki joined AVI Services as a Senior Account Manager after 10 years of Human Resources experience, managing employee benefits for large corporations, nation-wide. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in group benefits administration. Nikki has a strong established relationship with several major insurance carriers like Blue Shield of California, United Healthcare and Blue Cross of California. Her understanding of each carrierÕs underwriting guidelines and rate structures allows her to better negotiate and build the best packets for her clients. Nikki is well versed in state/federal guidelines and regulations, including Federal COBRA, Cal-COBRA and HIPAA. She is a licensed insurance agent.

Nikki enjoys working with the clients to meet their needs; she welcomes any challenging situation. She researches complex issues in an efficient and timely manner. She believes that providing excellent customer services to all clients and their employees is the key to a successful relationship.
