Informing and educating employees on plan design features and utilization is an integral opportunity for employers to demonstrate their
commitment to providing a quality benefits program for the employees.
Our team will facilitate the complete enrollment process to ensure the ongoing success of our client's benefits plan. We conduct pre-enrollment
meetings to explain the client's new benefits. We also conduct renewal meetings for keeping our client's benefits up-to-date. We assist in the
preparation of all employee communication materials. We coordinate educational enrollment meetings at our client's site(s) to aid employees in
completing applications and answering any questions they might have. As part of AVI Service’s enrollment package, each employee will receive a
personalized benefit packet which includes a highlight brochure of the benefits available to them.
The majority of our clients find it most convenient to send all applications and change forms directly to us for processing. We review/screen
all enrollment materials for accuracy prior to submitting to the carrier(s) for processing. This allows for a smoother and efficient enrollment
process. Our in-house database allows us to track enrollments, benefit descriptions, and any changes to the plan, and our exceptional relationship
with all carriers allow us to provide fast, accurate and seamless processing.
