Starting in the early part of 2011, AVI Services, Inc. is very pleased to announce that we have launched our Online Employee/Employer Portal. The portal is designed to be an online benefits enrollment and administration system with fully automated EDI connectivity among insurance carriers, TPAs, payroll vendors and AVI. All online changes, adds, deletes, etc. will automatically be sent to our office as well as any other pertinent receiver of the information.

At Open Enrollment, our team will be available for face-to-face meetings with EVERY employee. Our clients have come to expect this service from our team. Additionally, our staff will be equipped with an online iPad enrollment system, where the employee is engaged and makes a well-informed and completely secure selection for their benefits. Each employee will see their own custom benefits options, including all of their dependents' information. Plan options, costs, details and summaries will all be available to the employee through the online process.

From a management prospective, this tool brings a benefits package together! The portal streamlines the Open Enrollment process, enhances employee involvement and education which is vital for the success of an employee benefits package.
