The Ready...Enroll modules can be activated within the Benefit Center. Employees can evaluate benefits options and record their elections all within one portal. It is an online communication campaign and decision support tool kit rolled into one single self-service system.
Health & Wellness Center
Employees today need access to accurate, understandable information to live healthier, ask their doctors the right questions, and keep expenses in check. The Health & Wellness Center comes with the best health content available, developed by A.D.A.M., the leader in online health.
The Health & Wellness Center provides an extensive system of unbiased health information and tools that enable users to assess health risks, evaluate treatment options, and learn how to live healthier. It is highly visual, interactive and user-friendly; making it very informative to employees and family members. This is the same knowledge used by hospitals and medical schools around the world. The content is current, well-researched, physician-reviewed and unbiased.
Human Resources Center
The Human Resources Center essentially becomes an HR Department's Web site. Employers can rely on the portal's Human Resources Center as its communications resource to share news, policies and documents throughout the organization.
My Info Center
The My Info Center can house a good deal of data about the individual. Each employee can have an individual User ID and Password to log into their personal information. Within the portal, employees can create personal health records, filled with details about their doctors, immunizations, tests and more. This information is secure and for the employee's eyes only. They may subscribe to the monthly newsletter for health and benefits news and tips.
Within My Info Center employees can access their total compensation statements. The Real Value Statement is a personalized total compensation statement that presents each employee with the total value of cash compensation, employee benefits and potential tax savings - that is, the "real value" of employment. Employers can be confident that employees now see the "hidden paycheck" they receive in their benefits.
