Client Community

Client Community is a password protected online resource provided exclusively for our clients. Great customer service means being in touch at all times. Client Community is available 24/7 whenever you seek the latest knowledge, news and resources regarding employee benefits issues. Each client has private access to self-service reference tools and custom information. ItÕs designed for human resource professionals and senior management who are responsible for various aspects of managing the employee benefits.

Resource
Every HR or benefits manager needs access to reliable resources to handle the many facets of their job. The HR Solutions Center is a powerful benefits and HR research portal from Ceridian that explains and simplifies human resources and benefits compliance information. Clients are able to find legislative guides with comprehensive information on COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, Section 125 Cafeteria Plans and Medicare Part D.

When it comes to managing employment risks, employers can obtain contents regarding background screenings services, drug testing, an ethics and compliance hotline and exit interviews. With these tools, clients can conduct on-demand research on a world of benefit and human resources issues.

WorkSpace
WorkSpace is a secured encrypted environment, as required by the HIPAA Security Rule, communication channel between AVI Services and our client. Personal information such as a census with personal identifiers like name, date of birth, home address and Social Security Numbers as well as claim information should not be sent via regular email. WorkSpace allows us to send messages or documents with confidential and protected information back and forth to any of our clients. Each client can post items to us, too. With its industry-standard data encryption, WorkSpace is a secure place to share sensitive documents. Unlike e-mail, both parties retain an organized trail of the information exchanged, thus establishing a new, highly efficient workflow.

Promoting Wellness
Looking for help in promoting wellness? Client Community contains a "To your wellness" educational series. There are over 80 articles addressing the most common health conditions and concerns, all based on extensive research of independent, objective sources of health education. Each uses simple terms to explain the condition: what it is, the symptoms, preventive measures and treatments. It's enough to build awareness so that plan members can have intelligent conversations with care providers. Simply choose a topic and the system creates a PDF document you can either email or print out for distribution.

Clients will also find other resources in Client Community, such as recent and proposed regulations, subscription to Employee Benefit News and an e-magazine of over 180 articles that you can use for employee communications ideas, industry glossary and more.
