She joined AVI Services after working for United Healthcare as a customer service representative focused on Consumer Driven Healthcare. With the experience she gained at United Health Care, Cara has a passion for customer education. Insurance is not always easy and Cara prides herself on the ability to help people understand their benefits so that they can gain the most from them.
